The Cabasse Santorin In Wall subwoofer is a built-in model, intended to work with all of the speakers in the manufacturer's range. It is obviously compatible with in-wall speakers such as the Cabasse Zef 13, Cabasse Archipel 13 ICD, Cabasse Archipel 13 ICP or Cabasse Eole In Ceiling. The Cabasse Santorin In Wall subwoofer is equipped with two 17 cm diameter speakers, loaded into a vertical casing tuned in bass reflex. The box is also delivered with numerous mounting and insulation accessories, so as not to cause a wall covered with plates (plaster/wood/fiber) to vibrate. The supplied amplifier delivers up to 300 watts peak to the two speakers and provides a sound level of 105 dB from 35 to 175 Hz, which is fully suitable for both home cinema and for Hi-Fi listening. Note that the high cutoff frequency is 175 Hz, in order to ideally take over from in-wall speakers with small diameter drivers.
