The Atelier 950 center speaker is the ideal complement to our Atelier 900 and predestined for transverse mounting on a wall. Less than ten centimeters flat, the center is equipped like a large floorstanding speaker: on its silky white or black lacquered baffle, it offers space for five powerful speaker drivers. This makes the center the ideal choice for movie fans who want their speakers to be inconspicuously integrated into the living room - without having to sacrifice outstanding sound. The InWall / OnWall speaker guarantees deep, powerful bass thanks to its 128 mm woofer duo with aluminum cones and the support with two passive cones. Powerful magnet drives, the suspension in the multiple folded wave surrounds and our proven tweeter with 25mm aluminum manganese dome ensure a dynamic performance with the best fine resolution.

Selected technology

The center speaker Atelier 950 is an extremely flat three-way speaker with drivers in D'Appolito arrangement. In the center of the wall-mounted speaker, our sophisticated 25 mm tweeter system with aluminum-manganese cone performs its duties from 3,000 hertz. Optimal sound dispersion is ensured by the front panel with integrated wave guide. Very close to the tweeter system are the two 128 mm bass-midrange drivers with aluminum cones. Supplemented by two aluminum passive cones of the same diameter, the Atelier 950 delivers a very natural and balanced sound image at the listening position with precise staggering and deep bass down to 35 Hertz. A satin-finished frame encloses the sound-neutral fabric cover. It hides the technology and emphasizes the elegant appearance of the flat wall speaker Atelier 950.

Intelligently solved

The Center Atelier 950 can be quickly and easily hung on a wall with the integrated brackets. The integrated installation of the insulated terminal allows mounting close to the wall. The solid connection terminal on the back ensures a contact-safe connection of the speaker cable. The wall brackets integrated in the housing allow particularly easy mounting on the wall. With the included installation kit, the Canton Atelier 950 can alternatively be integrated into the wall. The speakers then stand out from the wall by just two centimeters - it hardly gets any flatter or more discreet than this. An ideal playing partner for the Atelier 950 is our Canton Smart Amp 5.1, which drives the flat wall speakers to sonic excellence.
